Lampeter Green Burial Grounds
All graves in the Lampeter Green Burial Grounds are hand-dug. Family members are encouraged to help.
A coffin is laid over the grave to be lowered by ropes.
Before the grave is filled, participants are invited to cover the coffin with arborvitae branches.
The Lampeter Meetinghouse is an intimate space available for families to hold a vigil, visitation, or funeral service.
